With regard to your current inquiries, the mock-war would last a maximum of five weeks, as this is how long the Minister For Internationl Military Co-Operation believes it would take for foreign military aid to reach The Mercenary State of Adrikus in case of an invasion. Of course, if a decisive victory is displayed before such a time, that shall mark the end of the exercise. As for where, there is a group of island three miles off the coast of Adrikus. These islands house large jungles, similar to that of Adrikus. As the excercise is designed to test Adrikus' capability to fend off an invasion, this is most convenient. The waters around these islands also provide ample space for Navy engagements. As for the matter of finance, the technology developed by my top scientists in the Arms Manufacturing Division that will ensure there are no casualties has already been mass produced for the Law Enforcment, so little funding is required in that regard. As the 'war' will take place on uninhabited soil, no compensation need be paid. Your nation need only pay for the energy to get your military to the islands.
