My fellow Lazarene,
As some if you may know, I am a duel Lazarene-Pacifican citizen. Though this nation existed here before a CTE in 2013, it returned only after The April Event. The Pacific government apologized recently in a post, and though late in the discourse, I myself felt the need to apologize. So under my main nation, Svezjacael, I added to this apology personally here.

I hope you can accept my personal apology, and allow me to continue enjoying this beautiful region among the rest of you. I am sorry I took so much of the rmb with this, but I wanted to ensure my apology was known.

I can understand that. I just want to make sure everybody knows I feel bad about what I did. I've been here for some time, and though I've been a bit active I still worry that we've looked at me with precaution the entire time. I want to make up for it, and I felt that finally making the official apology after Ivan's initiative was a good time, rather than my intended Dec. 1st date with the release of my narration of the The Event.
