I really want to learn Hindi and visit India, however I haven't found many good resources, and Devanagari seems hard to master.

Devanagari is actually harder and you need to give it some time. You can only learn it by repeating it in your mind. The thing is that don't dare to read any hindi from outside your course until you complete it. You may come up with vague translations because unlike english in which words are just pronounced the same (waist, waste); in hindi actual spellings are also same ( but, crocodile) and many more.

I suppose this might help you coz' it looks good. I really never used it because I never needed to!

The Elections for the Ministry of External Affairs is Postponed. Candidates need not submit their applications now. Yet they can be ready for it.

First of all congratulations to [nation=kikrosta] on being the WA delegate , And Thanking [nation=kolkatta] for heading the region so well.
Though I was new to the game , I would Like to thank [nation=kolkatta] for giving me the opportunity to work with him in the government and with the experience I have collected it will help me in the future in the game and I willingly would NOT like to nominate myself for the post again and give other members of the region a chance to work in the government.
When I joined the government the region was already secure so that there was no work pending but whenever the need arose I tried my best to actively participate in making the region active with the help of all the cabinet members,former WA Delegate ,Current WA Delegate and the nations of the region. I also gave my opinion on certain matters .
I thoroughly enjoyed working with all the cabinet members,former WA Delegate ,Current WA Delegate and the nations of the region.
Whenever the need arises and if anyone needs my help then I am just a call away.
