Bear in mind that, when a score is tied, the larger nation is always placed ahead. It tells me that Kindjal is the largest nation with a perfect score, whether good or bad, in that particular measure.
The #1 Rankings are usually dominated by Kindjal, Nak Nak, the Grendels or Complete Bustards.
There are some categories where being a large nation often seems to be a disadvantage.
Some rankings are dependent on the amount of issues you answered a certain way (cumulative), some are a percentage of how you answered an issue (proportionate), while some require you don't answer any issues at all to score high.
The ones where Kindjal ranks high are cumulatives. Kindjal isn't the largest liberal nation (even I am slightly bigger) but they have been answering issues pretty much non-stop. You will see on my trend page that the beginning of the bar is horizontal. That means I wasn't answering issues at the time. I was once more competitive in the rankings Kindjal leads but now I am nothing more than an also ran. Answering two issues a day is key for many of the rankings. Of course it all depends on how you answer each.
I think I went about three to four years without answering issues on this nation. To my eternal regret since my brothers are now #1 in some things while I can't even break onto the first page.

True. Plus they CTE a few times. Kindjal has been around the top for a while. I forget who the first group of leaders were in those categories. I think I first reached the top 30 about 8 years ago. I didn't know about answering two issues a day until I has already played about a year. Oops.
