There's been alot of debate about Atlas lately, which everyone knows is just useless anyway because we've practically fixed the problem by now, so...
No, you didn't really miss anything.

I have never heard anyone say this who wasn't an American claiming that ancestry.

Is there anyone who would like to run cruise ship lines with Tuthina?

Yeah that would be nice, we're not that far away from each other so it should work

Hello again, it's Costa and his shiny new nation.

Your flag looks very Luziycan

Will get to that idea once I'm finished with my EoT's.

Nevamaa wrote:Your flag looks very Luziycan

I know. It's intentional partly because Arucania is heavily influenced by Luziyca.

Vyvland wrote:I have never heard anyone say this who wasn't an American claiming that ancestry.

Well my great great grandfather was a Scotsman, and he married an Irish woman and then immigrated to the United States. So I guess I have no Irish or Scottish ancestry at all huh?

Indeed, it is. But I think some may get your flag confused with a version of the flag without our coat of arms. :P

I believe you'd mixed Sottish and Irish ancestry. What Vyvland was referring to was the term Scotch-Irish, which is basically Ulster Scots (Scots who moved to Ulster). Then some moved to the US and then yeah.

Sorry, I read that post back and it seemed a bit malicious; I didn't intend that :)

Yeah, what I meant was it's funny how that term is never used outside of the US, even in Northern Ireland.

I never used the term Scotch-Irish, I said Scottish-Irish. As in, a half Scottish half Irish family. It is literally what I said above. My Scottish great great grandfather married a full blood Irish woman, and immigrated to the US.

The Ulster-Scot term is apparently used in Australia. It was Beta Test who explained that my family was not Scotch-Irish for lack of being from Ulster, but rather a half and half mix.

Yeah, especially a map claim that doesn't contradict with mine.

Soled wrote:Yeah, especially a map claim that doesn't contradict with mine.

This case is interesting because the Iglesiantis was at the same place way before Soled. Nevertheless it seems that change (which I support) would be preferred. Looks like we need some moving to do.

Iglesiantis's map claim is from the old map. He has not updated his claim, and given that the map showed the area being empty, i decided to claim it.
Therefore, it would only be for the better for Iglesiantis to move to some other spot.

please don't bandwagon on the winning side.

someone has to lose too.

I'm going to add myself to the Concorde side, because i was fighting against Luziyca and Pavonistade, even though i didn't cooperate with the other Concorde nations.
