By Fallout in general I mean what do you think would happen to the setting. Any creatures that might be a threat to this lone Evolved? What might happen if he did the DLCS instead of The Courier(I have not played the DLCs, just read about them).

We as well are surprisingly shocked by this announcement from the Orsonian Government! We always thought Orsonians as keeping to themselves, and virtually being isolationists, and not caring for the affairs of foreign nations and such.

We are however, glad to see our ally(this was before the 3rd war) in action alongside us! Andrewian Forces are still commencing airstrikes and bombing runs via FA-38 fighter jets and AH-08 Attack Choppers, against FA forces in both Haiti and Texas, to soften them up and take their numbers down.

Meanwhile, our blockade fleet of multiple Andrewian Naval Destroyers, Cruisers, and attack subs from the Andewian Caribbean Fleet, have officially formed an efficient blockade, with the aid of the Wagain Navy.

Our blockade will be stopping any and all ships, not authorized into leaving or entering Haitian waters. Our subs also have authorization to sink any and all ships attempting to enter Haitian waters, that are not apart of the blockade or do not have Coalition permission.

And yes, this does mean that Emperor Andrew has declared that the Andrewian Navy will be using unrestricted submarine warfare against any and all ships either apart of the FA, or suspected of aiding the FA.

Meanwhile, in the Andrewian Dominican Colony, we have setup numerous SAM and AA batteries to shoot down any and all FA aircraft that attempt to fly over the border to try to invade or attack us. We also have joint divisions of armored and infantry units, ready to invade Haiti from Dominica(what we are now calling the Andrewian Dominican Colony), with the support of Andrewian and Allied air and naval support.

I'm thinking of adding more characters.
