The Fort Helmsley Biological Research and Containment Facility has been completed and will opened as soon as the last of the furniture for the living quarters is added. The Facility stretches across the western coast of the Octavian Islands, stands at over 400 feet in height, and contains massive underground labs under the main structure of the Facility and stretches into the main land for about a mile.
