It happened already, and ended with Oceara Declaring the Non-Aggression pact with The Orson Empire as Void and us granting Timmy a tract of land for a DMZ and allowing Timmian Observers.

I highly recommend that code, it is really pleasing to the eye compared to just raw text with some bold and underlined sections.

The Chamber of Deputies is now considering a proposal known as the Teyssier Corollary, named after the Haitian representative who sponsored it. As an extension of the Hemispheric Act of 2016, which opened a path for decolonization for many territories in Asia and Africa (in order to consolidate power in Latin America), the Teyssier Corollary would officially abolish the distinction between Wagondia Proper and the Wagain Commonwealth, so everything was equally integrated. Currently, their relationship works similarly to the SRA-Andrewian Empire model, where core territories (Central South America) are considered more sacred than distant, less historically integrated areas of the world. Although Commonwealth territories like Mexico, Cuba, The Philippines, and Angola have become very strategically important in recent years, they have less of a say in national politics and less influence overall.

OOC: This would also necessitate a change to our historical canon: right now, Wagondia grew from the Empire of Brazil, and Wagondia Proper represents all the land that was directly annexed into Brazil through war or political assimilation. The Commonwealth territories exist in between colonies and provinces, and were acquired simply through peaceful treaties which led to increased integration (almost like Europe through the EU). If all territories were equal, it would mean that Bolivar's idea of a united South America would have succeeded right from the beginning, and Wagondia would span from Mexico to Argentina. Over time, it would acquire territories that were formerly European (like Cuba fighting off Spain) and have them join the political union. The idea is based off a successful outcome of the Panama Congress (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Congress_of_Panama)

Sovereign nations coming together after the Conference of Berlin to form a political union and trade Federation.

Our Florida Keys part succeeded from the U.S. and sided with the British during the Revolutionary War.
Until the 1870s the enconomy was based off of pirateering and ocean connections.

Also, starting today (and with the approval of Orson and Novo)a group of airlines and companies will be operating a limited selection of nonstop flights between Novo and Orson.

The first flight will be departing Santa Catlina airport and flying to Fort Victorium tonight. Carl Lingerton to our knowledge will be covering the start of such a historic route.

The flight has Novoians, timmies, Andrewians, and a few Orsonians on it.

The flight is sold out and British Airways will be operating the first flight.
This is happening before Orson and Andrews war.
