My brother has always bullied all of his family members before (literally all of them: Brothers, Mother, Father, Grandfather, Grandmother, Uncle(s), Aunt(s), Cousins, etc.) and isn't afraid to pull a punch when easily angered (you could throw something at him, and he would straight up punch you as hard as he could in your face).
He acts all nice when around his girlfriend, but today was different. I refused to do something and he threatened to punch me (like he always does whenever he doesn't get his way), and so I got angered. I have put up with him for over 6 years already, and he keeps making it worse. When I said that he gets angered whenever he doesn't get his way, I literally mean it. My mother once threatened to tell his girlfriend's parents about what they actually do whenever she is over (that is private information) and he literally flipped out. My mother left the house saying that she was going to do it, and my brother got into his car and chased her throughout our hometown to make sure that she didn't. He lost track of her and returned home, only to mess up everything in my mother's room and left the house again to search for her. My mother returned home later and told us that she never went to his girlfriends house and just went to a gas station.

Still the message here is: My brother gets too angered very quickly, he always wants things to go his way and will injure those that he "loves" if he has to, he doesn't care about anyone except for himself and his girlfriend (and his car), and is one of the worst siblings that you could ask for. If he says that he is sorry or that he loves someone (that isn't his girlfriend), he is lying...he doesn't care at all about anyone else (except for his girlfriend).

Personally, if my brother was like that(used to be, but now we get along well) i personally may go down, but im gonna take him down with me! Im sorry you need to live with someone like that. Im surprised he hasn't been kicked out yet or even held in jail yet.

The Corvusi:
The Corvusi is an elite subsection of Torchwood Section Two, whcih deals with domestic intelligence. It is tasked with tracking down traitors to the Empire and Torchwood. The Corvusi do not operate like a secret police, only going after inidivideuls that Section Two has confirmed as traitors.. The Corvus agents have unlimited access to Torchwood assets and can requistion or commender anything they need. They wear black armor, under black cloaks, sometimes accompoiied by a skull mask. They wield special equipment, including diliated Whitelight which is applied to Solidified Hydruim blades. These blades are used to wound or otherwise inflict pain on an Evolved. Their Sonic Screwdrivers can create or neutralize Deadlock Seals, to either trap their targets, or access them.

If possible, the Corvus attempt to wound the target and bring them back to the Didactian Council or Torchwood Section //ERROR: DATA REDACTED// for trial and sentencing. If the target has escaped, or is a sufficent enough risk to warrent it, they will be brought directly before Alexander Mercer for Consumption.
