Also congratulations to now Foreign Secretary Johnson, although he was stabbed in the back, by Mr. Grove at least he can put up a strong fight for Britain against the EU in negotiations.
I used to dislike Mr. Johnson until a few years ago when I met him at a US-UK society event, and after talking with him realized he is one of the smartest men in whatever room he is in.

I'm curious as to why you continue playing if you feel that the game is so unfair. I also think there's some bias, but I don't think it gets in the way too often. I find that the users of the site are the ones that lean left mores than the site itself.

I feel as though this game too leans a bit left when it comes to things, like for example i had an issue where poor people where getting poorer and i decided to give them a tax break and it lowers my economic strength from very good to good. there is no universe where a tax break doesn't benefit everyone. But, the site is fun to play around with so thats why i've choosen to stay
Wow, so when the mods give you a warning for something, aren't they supposed to tell you what rule you broke? "Trolling" is a little vague, and I have done nothing to intentionally anger people, so the term is inaccurate. Is there Admin Abuse on nation states? Do people get banned for having the "wrong opinions?"
The trolling rule means whatever they want it to. Just be extra careful about how you word things around here.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Nation States Mods. What is really sad is that if you ask for clarification, you stand a better chance of getting a deletion threat than a meaningful answer.
One person's abuse is another person's justice.
It has happened in the past. Many of the mods here lean so far to the left they cannot be seen from the right. Unfortunately, there are a few that will weigh the conservative or liberal value of the message they are examining while making decisions on whether or not to moderate.
A few years ago it was so bad on the NS forums that I gave up and rarely go back. I don't remember the subject matter now, but some of the most vile slander was allowed to stand against users with the conservative viewpoint while two were threatened with bans for simply stating their cases and pointing that many were not debating, they were name calling and the ignorance of their positions. (I was one. I don't remember the name of the other nation other than he left after a traffic accident hurt some in his family.)
So, yeah. Tsurara shirayuki called it. Frankly, I'm getting to the point I don't care. I started getting that way when the mods went after Afforess for one sentence blown way out of proportion by mods that simply did not like him. Since that time several people have asked why I am still here. Everytime I get asked that question, it gets a little harder to answer. Even here in this little corner of Nation States there are people that seek to push this region down that very same slope.
If you guys send Lena Dunham up here to Canada so she can vomit her BS in my back yard I swear I'm going to literally kick some or all of your asses.

We need to vote against the HAEA in the WA, guys. It adds more power to the already bloated and pointless powers of the World Assembly.
This is another expression of Conquest's law: Any established bureaucratic institution that is not explicitly right wing will become left wing with time.
Also involved is the moderator's fears of Hill's law: Any forum lacking censorship will become dominated by right wing ideas with time.
