Leorudo, I recommend using the program "Smart Shirt Designer 2". It is available for free online for Windows and, I think, Mac OS as well.
As for nuclear weapons, they are obviously critical for maintaining an effective apartheid regime in isolation. That's why Israel and apartheid South Africa supported each other's nuke programs.
