And now it's time for WA News, "Environmentalism, Good or Bad?" Edition. The General Assembly resolution Ban on Leaded Fuel was passed 6,255 votes to 2,822. So, we can all breathe easier, I hope.
Sadly, the ban on lead fumes hasn't seemed to affect the General Assembly, as we're still getting some real gems for proposals. The current one up for vote, "Fertile Farmland Protection", is a textbook example of not-thinking-your-proposal-through. It includes lines like "RESTRICTS professional farmers from planting the same crop in the same field in back-to-back growing seasons so that fertile farmland might be preserved," which would put every orchard, rice paddy, and vineyard out of business.
The author, Luxembourgers, has admitted the proposal was prematurely submitted and has abandoned it, expecting it to be defeated so that they can draft a better version later on. We urge you to help them out by voting no on this so we can get it out of the way.

I am falling in love with it by each and every episode. I am enjoying the main protagonist aswell and the situation that he is going through :3

Any of you guys watching Jinsei? It is quite unspectacular but for some reason I am really enjoying it.
Its very well done I think. I'm really liking it. You really get to see the world from the outsiders' perspectives. The main character is likeable and sympathetic and isn't thick, which helps a lot too. Even the "Doves" motivations are made understandable mostly too. I found Ep 7 so sad also. Its a very good series in my opinion. One of the best of the year I think so far (Alongside Black Bullet which it has some thematic similarities too). OH and the theme music especially the end theme is great too. :)

Utracia, I think the "top 1%" category doesn't exist unless your region has more than 200 members. (From 100-200, the "top 1%" is identical with "highest in the region". I think.)
Anime has 68 members at this point, so the highest regional category the game allows any of us is "top 5%".
