how do we get endorsements for the world assembly delegate?
Once you have WA status you can ask for endorsements via Telagram or you can endorse others and hope they endorse you back.

Eldarion Telcontar, then scroll down and there will be a Little box that is headlined "Telegram Eldarion Telcontar." Type what you need to and press send.
