As a gift of friendship, the DCSC will endorse any Nation that endorses the DCSC first.
Endorsements allow the region to stay secure and strong by preventing heinous individuals from trying to take over the region. The DCSC wishes for no such violent acts and requests that Nations endorse eachother for the mutual benefit of security.
The DCSC would also like to affirm that it is open to signing trade agreements and military cooperation agreements and will be on a mission to sign agreements with other relatively new nations so as to achieve Economical, Military and Friendly ties with other nations.

I don't need them on the map, I meant colonies as in: countries or islands abroad where wealth (supplies, minerals, labor etcetera) can be found. Overseas areas where I can ship inmates to..., that sort of thing. So, primarily my NS state could do with the concept of a colony. But as said; in RL I'm against colonies for I'd rather respect the sovereignty of people. 'Coz, you know.., it's kinda not nice to annex someone else's territory and strip it of its wealth.

No. I don't really see how that question is relevant in any way. The resolution does not in any way legalize sex with a girl (or boy for that matter) even if she has had a hysterectomy. Countries can still set their own age of consent as high as they want and that way it would still be a crime to have sex with her no matter what. Only consensual sex between siblings above the age of consent would become legal under the resolution if it cannot result in pregnancy. So forcing someone to have a hysterectomy would be completely irrelevant since only consensual sex between adults is necessarily legalized by the resolution, and not if it can lead to pregnancy ;)

And yes, we are indeed very active - one of the most active regions of NS I would say :)
Same here. Although we actually haven't granted Greenland and the Faroe Islands complete independence yet :P They do however have their own extensive internal home rule (or "self rule" as we officially call it) and they are not colonies any longer, but equal parts of the Danish realm (the Faroe Islands since the 1915 Constitution and Greenland since the current Constitution was introduced in 1953) and they each elect two members of the Danish Parliament as well.
It should also be said that their home rule governments haven't yet asked for complete independence, except the Faroese government did attempt to seccede in 1946 after an extremely close referendum, but the Danish government and the king would not have it because the referendum result was so close :P But I am 100 % certain that if either of them decided today that they wanted to seccede, it would be immediately accepted by the Danish state and the population as well. Different Danish governments have said on multiple occasions that they believe it is up to the Greenlandic and the Faroese people to decide and that they will not force them to remain part of the Realm if they want to seccede at any point in the future :)
The Danish state grants the Faroe Islands and Greenland a lot of funding each year and that funding is what keeps up most of their economies so that they can function as societies ;)
Iceland was also a Danish colony/part of the Realm but secceded peacefully in 1944, which was accepted by the Danish government, and Iceland is now a completely independent republic since then ;)
In NS though, I also like to have a few colonies (I have two of them as well as one independent nation besides my main nation of Brandenbourg-Anhalt) :P

In theory, I would agree, however in reality not completely, at least not necessarily :P The Scandinavian countries for example are not completely capitalist and incorporate certain elements of socialism in their economies, and yet my country (Denmark) has still been named (by esteemed international financial organizations) as one of the best countries to do business in and one of the countries with the highest degrees of freedom/lowest degrees of regulation for businesses as well as one of the countries with the highest degrees of business innovation and efficiency :P
But I do see your point that nations based mostly on a capitalist basis (with perhaps some elements of state regulation) are generally more pro-business/pro-free enterprise and more economically sound than nations based mostly on a socialist or hardcore communist basis with more or less planned state owned economies :)
so we can't have colonies? I just colonized Braslistan a few days ago for resources.
by the way... are issues the only way to colonise places or how does this military thing work.. or military cooperation? I have weapons of mass destruction, missile silos, strong airforce and strong navy.. I would like to contribute to the defence of our region

Oh, so you mean colonies that isn't on this archipelago, right?
You are allowed to have colonies, you can just not have them placed on the official map of 10000 Islands. I believe the reason why colonies were disallowed on the official regional map was to free up space on the map for new nations that arrive in our region in the future ;)
You can only colonise places via issues or by roleplay, for example by creating a puppet nation that serves as your colony :P You can have as many nations as you like but only one can be a member of the WA - if you try to register more than one nation as a WA member, all of your nations will be kicked out of the WA by game moderators.
You can contribute to the defense of our region and other regions by joining our regional defense force, TITO (the Ten thousand Islands Treaty Organization). You must be registered on the 10000 Islands forum (http://10000islands.proboards.com/) to join TITO, as far as I know. You can ask the Field Commander, Klopstock, if you want to join :)
Since we are a socalled "defender" region, we use TITO to fight invaders and raiders who try to take over other regions and oppress their native nations. I would think that being part of their missions brings a lot of fun to the game :D

Okay, I found out that a few other nations have 0 score too (now I look a bit like an idiot), but I'm pretty sure the score doesn't go into negative numbers.
