That happens. Just get it out when you two are alone (or in a less crowded place). Unless you act like a jerk or stalker, etc. the worst she could do is say ''no.'' It doesn't have to be anything complicated or profound. You can just say ''I'm interested in you and I think we should go for a movie (or something else) sometime.'' Apparently most girls like guys who tell them how he feels and is relatively direct about it.

Plus, nobody young uses email these days, from my experiences anyway.

I can't say anything on behalf of all men, but I'd like it if a girl told me she likes me (even if I don't like her). We might be friends at most if I don't (and that's not a bad thing). I hate all the subtlety and hints and stuff, it just messes me up.

Unless you're a guy. If a homosexual told me he likes me, I wouldn't like him (because I'm heterosexual) but I would respect that and maybe be friends depending on the person.

Sound advice to always speak to a person directly if it is important. So much confusion can happen with text.
