We are interrupting this program for a urgent message from King Alex I.
Before we start, we need to announce that this message should be broadcasted in all TV and radio channels.

My fellow Alexandrians, minorities and thousands of illegal immigrants. I must announce to you that an another zombie apocalypse is coming. It is unbelievable to hear this, but it seems that we must hold this threat for years.
As of 3:00 PM Eastern European Standard Time, the MARTIAL LAW will be imposed.
TV, Radio, Newspapers, Telephones and the Internet will be under the total control of the government.
All electrical power, fuels and all minerals will be seized by the government.
All food resources, farms and farm equipment will be seized by the government. Hoarding food will not be allowed since this will be imposed.
All modes of transportation will be under government control. Any vehicle can be seized.
All civilians can be used be used for work under governmental supervision.
Since the MARTIAL LAW will be imposed, I, will have control over all citizens of Alexandr Land.
Since the MARTIAL LAW will be imposed, various cabinet officials will be ready to take over virtually all aspects of the Alexandrian economy during a state of MARTIAL LAW at the direction of me.
The ministry of defence will be directed to take over all government agencies in time of emergency. The ministry of defence is under control of executive branch of the government.
Freedom of speech and freedom of assembly will be suspended, and censorship of the media will be imposed. People can be arrested and imprisoned indefinitely without charges.
A national wide curfew of 3 PM will be issued, violators will be met with deadly force.
I urge all leaders of Asiana to do the same thing to protect their citizens.
