Well, you said that maybe your police force doesn't have the proper funding to fight child pornography, right? Well, how about the Kizerian Colonial Mercenaries (soldiers raised and trained in Kizeria and New kizeria that are part of a government run PMC) do the enforcing of the child porn ban for you?

My personal police force is well equipped to deal with any bans (I should hope so, I dont tax people 100% for nothing!) but hey, if I ever need to recover contact with LV-426 I'll recommend you lot ;)
