My sincere apologies. When She who sighs CTEd last several months ago and P115 asked for a new ambassador, I don't recall getting any response, nor did Rubisho self-identify as that replacement ambassador (nor respond when, more recently, I asked the ambassadors to identify themselves). I stayed here a long time, as this is one of my favourite regions, hoping for a new ambassador, but finally made the hard decision to leave. PLEASE send Rubisho back and cancel the withdrawing of embassies, as we have too much history together simply to divorce like that.

BTW, Ulthar hasn't had an ambassador here in over a year--the region largely imploded when The Mayor had to drop NS for RL concerns. Nowadays it's almost entirely populated by Dr. Hell's bots with just a handful of human players hanging on; Dr. Hell mostly doesn't send out ambassadors, those were all puppets of The Mayor.
