Eltyrian Sea, The Sultan's Ship

In the calm, sunny sky of the Eltyrian Sea, there can be seen a small fleet of both civilian and military ship sailing across the water, breaking the blue waves as they go. On the center fleet of ship there can be seen quite a luxurious ship owned personally by the Sultan himself, while he was not fond of luxury or the sea for that matter, he must suck hold on to his displeasure for the sake of peace and his nation. As the Sultan went out of his room, he was greeted by his butler waiting bowing to him.

Sultan Al-Hakim: Good Morning there Akram

Akram: To you as well my Sultan, Breakfast is ready for you in the dining room my Sultan

Hakim: I shall eat at a later time, I have other matters to attend for at the moment unfortunately Akram, but thank you Akram, perhaps you can give the food to some of the lads working? they have been working pretty hard I have noticed.

Akram: My apologies my Sultan, but the advisors request your presence immediately to the Dining room, there are matters they wish to discuss My Sultan

Hakim: I suppose work never ends eh, alright I shall go there, also, how lingg until we arrive in Konstaniyye?

Akram: we should arrive sometime today my Sultan

Hakim: Perfect, well, I suppose let's get going shall we, don't want to keep them waiting now shall we

And with that, the both of them walk their way to the dining room, with the Sultan occasionally talking with the sailors and maids and asking them about how they are and stuff such as that before the both of them arrive at the dining room where they are greeted with a room full of food and with the advisors already seated in their respective seats. Spotting the Sultan the advisors immediately stand up and bowed as usual with the Sultan returning the gesture and taking his seat at the end of the table. As the Sultan and his advisors chow down on the meal they begun discussion regarding what they shall demand, all the possible answers and such topics. Hours passed since the meal had been finished and the Sultan and his advisors are still discussing when suddenly the door was knocked, letting them in, a maid is standing in front of the door

"My Lords, sorry to bother but I am here to announce that we are about to arrive in Konstantiniyye"

The Irresponsible Tourist, Part 3

Devrezanekya, Capital District, Konstantiniyye

The ship of the Sultan of Mameluke arrived and docked at the ports of Konstantiniyye. Many citizens looked in awe at the great ship, while others were uninterested as they were used to the wealth and prestige common among Padişah Kasim’s visitors. The minister of foreign affairs, İkbal Demirhan (he/him), along with an envoy of guards and diplomats were there to meet with Sultan Al-Hakim and those who accompanied him.

İkbal Demirhan Paşa: "Welcome to the Capital of Devrezanekya, your Majesty. It is a pleasure to have your in our esteemed empire, despite the circumstances being less than idealPlease allow me to lead you to the palace, where we will be conducting our meeting."

With that, İkbal led the Sultan and his diplomats through the streets of Konstantiniyye to the Imperial Palace. He made sure to lead them down the most well maintained streets as to project the most positive image of Devrezanekya to the foreign ruler. He even led them through a short section of the Grand Bazaar, the biggest market in all of Devrezanekya— some even argue that it is the biggest in the world. Konstantiniyye gave a sense of luxury and prestige, that was only possible for a city with such large population density that also had high historical and political significance. Konstantiniyye had in fact been the capital of the Elysian Empire before Devrezanekya conquered it. Finally, the Sultan and his envoys arrived at the Palace. İkbal led them to a large meeting hall that had banners and weapons hanging from the wall and a large table in the center. Sultan Kasim Altınhan of Devrezanekya(he/him), as well as Afrim Gümüşhan Paşa (he/they) (Grand Vizier), Ercan Çelikhan Paşa (he/him) (Minister of Military Affairs), Aysu Safirhan Paşa (she/they) (Minister of Naval Affairs), as well as numerous other Devrezanekyan officials of less significance were attending the meeting. There was a long pause for a moment after all the Mameluke diplomats had chosen seats. Padişah Kasim finally broke the silence:

Padişah Kasim Altınhan of Devrezanekya: "Thank your for coming all the way to Konstantiniyye to attend this meeting, Sultan Al-Hakim. Devrezanekya is dedicated to finding a solution to this issue that we can mutually agree on as quickly as possible. That being said, since your nation is the one with the complaint towards ours, I will give you and your envoys the first turn to speak."
