His Supreme Majesty, Theoden Sebastian Emperor of The Land of Kings and Emperors has arrived to tour this colony, his 7th overall in this current tour of LKE realms, dominions and territories. His Supreme Majesty is pleased to be back after having had the pleasure of serving as former Viceroy of Munster, first being appointed on Jun 13, 2013 by then Emperor Onder Kelkia, more than 8 years ago.
