I second the nomination for New fakeland as supreme commander of the being in charge, and would also like to throw in my name for General Field Marshall of Nighttime Operations, as I generally wake up around midnight CST and can devote hours to keeping a close eye on rogue nations during that time.

I will be researching the cure before I move on to military solutions.
