Former Emperor Charles V's warden has sent in a requests for the release of the dictator for good behavior.

The justice department has set a ruling:
The Emperor can be moved to his family however he will be under house arrest and security around the residence will be tightened.

The former Emperor asks if he and is family can move into their home in Swaneburgh, Chateau de villi va cute.

The estate is 3 hours away from Paris and the estate is 30km from a road and very private and secluded with heavy security. The 33 bedroom home with 25 state rooms will be funded personally by the dictator only the security will be state.

This residence is actually better then the home in the Swaneburgh islands because their people can see the home since it is located against the mountains.

The (f)Emperor will be transferred from metlenburgh to Trosvue base near the home and transported by helicopter to the home. The (f)empress will also meet him there from the Swaneburgh islands and their children will travel with
