Once again, all forum access requests have been addressed.
That post was from a while back when there was a bit of turmoil with endorsements. As for when general elections take place, the date is in the World Factbook Entry above. The next one is November 7th.

Is anyone else having problems with images and signatures in the forums?
Its a common thing across a lot of the forums I am a part of and I know of no way to fix it. What browser do you use?

I think its Chrome and Zetaboards not getting along because anytime I am on Safari or Explorer, it is fine.
Yeah, I think you're right. I just checked it out with explorer and everything seemed fine, besides the "Postimage.org" at the top of the forums.

Which would allow ALL nations in embassy regions to post on our RMB; This would likely read to cross-regional disputes (Weakening foreign relations), and lead to a large amount of spam on our RMB.
Please keep in mind that the RMB isn't meant for discussing politics, it is meant for casual chat between players. Also keep in mind that the act states "Enforces the general rules of the NCS and NationStates, and allows administrators to take action against posts that may be categorized as spam, insults, attempts to unsettle, etc."
Which would allow any admins in the region to apply the current Regional Laws to any posts on the RMB, eliminating spam, and attempts to unsettle.
To be honest I think this has been long overdue, having this increases the meaning to having an embassy with other regions, and it'll do more good than harm (if any harm at all).
I personally would go with 1, because I think the white makes a better contrast for the bottom color.

I agree, but I'll probably tinker with the colors (or scrap this flag all together and make a new one)
I have started to make flags, please send requests using telegrams. Keep in mind that i Just started and I cant make complicated flags perfectly. And if you want a symbol in it just send it to me in the telegram.
