Lowest tax rate I managed was about 4%, but because everyone whats benefits and what not. I got that raised up to 8% tax rate. Least everyone is taking home about 100,000 a year.

I just want to find a smaller region that I can feel more involved in. I have no clue where to start looking for a region like this. Any ideas on what I can do?
I'm still not too sure, but I just want to feel more important when in a region. I feel this region is so massive that I can't feel connected to it because I am overlooked. I will definitely stay if I know I am important to this region, and I have a purpose. I guess that is what I am looking for, a purpose to stay with a specific region
