As said, the person who has the most endorsements is the delegate, basically the leader of the region. Topid is the delegate in St Abbadon.

If people are interested in Role-Playing I can create a section of the forum to do so, I do think given St Abbaddon's roots RP would be good for the region, but I don't think with everything else I have to do, I will be joining much.
I like the idea of doing a War role play with other nations with my deep routes with Civilization V
I LOVE Civ V. Torn between Civ V and III as best Civs.
Well I would love to do Civ like war fare with other nation and have alliances and add these wars to our reigons history
So if anyone wants to have a section to do a war Roleplay which can spand region wide I thin we should do a poll on it
