Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, active from 29th of January 2014 until the 29th of January 2015. The intent of this treaty is to establish a functioning alliance in the USSR, until a constitution has been ratified and has been put into action in the USSR. By joining this group you accept all terms listed in the boxes below, but understand this revolves around a Marxist ideology, compared to the USSR's Marxist-Leninist and Stalinist views.
Agreements
Under this treaty, nations agree to:
1) Remain at a peaceful state between each other.
2) Remove any armed forces from and in other members' borders, unless proper permission of the nation they are placed in or around has been given.
3) Vote to ratify constitutions when they come up for discussion, and give their opinions.
4) Convert to and continuously have their currency the Peoples' Ruble.
5) Accept embassies from other treaty members, however with regard to the security of your ambassadors.
6) Allow transport of prisoners between members.
7) Allow tourism between members.
8) In case of disaster, allow refugees from other member nations into your country.
9) In case of disaster, allow sanction of government officials with high security.
10) Have no constitutional judgement of other proletarians, nor segregate those, who are of different sexual orientation, gender, religion and ethnicity.
11) Allow the rights to peaceful assembly and protest, freedom of speech, freedom of private religion and freedom of the press.
Requirements
To qualify under this treaty, a nation must:
1) Be a member of the USSR.
2) Have more than 50% public economy.
3) Be active at least once every 3 days, unless told before hand.
4) Accept the agreements above.
We, the nations of the USSR, ordain and accept the terms in this treaty and will work to establish our nation to follow the terms set forth by the founders and authors, under the hammer and sickle in loving memory of our former past. Workers of the world unite, long live the motherland and death to the capitalist menace.
