Don't do so. As mentioned, verbally would have the greatest effect. Gain your strength man, rally your troops. Climb the mountain, have faith, and whatever happens, we're here for you, comrade!

Form letter tray? Really. That's one way to ket the whole world know isn't it.

I recently sent a request to comrade RedCommunist to change the factbook of the USSR. Hopefully, this will change some of the more outdated aspects of our current one...

For example uh... well definitely our commisionaires need changed or updated. This one may just be me, but I also think mention of important regional treaties in the factbook would be a good idea.

When Life gives you Lemons, make some Lemonade

Surprisingly for a communist nation such as my nation, we have lax gun laws. Everyone has the right to bare arms.

My point: depends on the state, stability and equality.

Abkhazia, if you are the ruler of Soviet Dimitrigrad, then do as that nation says. Apologies will be accepted. Please, don't decieve us anymore!

If you are that is...

If you aren't, then disregard.

If you are and deny it so, be it known that you have deceived your comrades.

Klotecnian News Update

Costs for international (outside Klotecnia) calls varies between countries.

Comrades, do you have any telecommunications companies that operate in your countries? Or the largest one?

Every one uses the State owned network called Communist Mobile, it works very well, and you can get signal practically any where.

Okay but some countries in the USSR may not use Communist Mobile as its main. And same with TKL-Mobile, it has really good signal too but in some remote/rural places in Klotecnia, there won't be any or not a lot of signal strength. However, it does work in most rural areas (such as villages, regional towns etc.) because there is around 1-2 TKL mobile signal towers in every Klotecnian oblast.

TKL is the only telecommunications company that operates in Klotecnia.

I meant everyone in my nation, it's state owned, so we can keep an eye on people, and censor there internet, so they can only use state approved sites.
