I am positive I had seen his rather distinctive backwards text motto there at one time, but perhaps it was just a similar or inspired-by region.
I did check the nation list there, and he does not seem to be in it now. But yes, he was quite interesting to talk with :D

Great NS and their bloody idiotic GOTYA~! issues just got me again. 12 point damage to Civil Rights and Political Freedom from one lousy issue about if it is a good idea or not to give murders their 15 minutes of fame in media. Apparently, saying 'no' is considered as equal as creating a secret police force to steal dissidents from their beds in the middle of the night never to be seen again.

I am starting to feel the same, too much BS. You get an issue like 'Your people want the right to shoot anyone they don't like in the face' and if you say 'No', suddenly your a dictatorship. I get it supposed to be satire, but there is such a thing as overdoing it. And NS is certainly overdoing it when 90% of the issues are 'Gotya~!' issues.
At first, the 'got you' issues were pretty entertaining, but now it's just kinda meh. I guess it does help issues are settled automatically so you're not waiting until the next morning to find out you goofed.
Alright, fellas, once Halloween rolls around and we get zombies, focus on researching a cure.
