And i'm like "cool, she's finally teaching us." Not the case. She assigned each of the six conglomeration of desks one p of war, then commanded us to write about what it meant. No guidance, she just sat behind her desk, "grading papers". She also insults my speaking, when I speak proper English. Then she insults me behind my back. The problem is, I havehear from teachers that she is a bit mentally ill, and what with unions and all, they would have a lot of trouble firing her. Sinc ei am in the gifted program, and they have granted me "special priveleges", I have taken advantage of the opportunity and tried to get an independant study for US History. That is in the process of approval.

How does she insult you for using 'proper English'? And behind your back?

Meh, not as bad as what a teacher told me in the 4th grade.

She sat down right next to me after I asked for help and told me; "If you ever get a F in high school you might as well drop out because you wont be worth the teachers time."

I do not miss high school one bit. I was so happy when I graduated. Then adult life settled in. *shivers*

Wish now I had told some teachers to shut up when they could only criticize me when I told them what I wanted to do after high school.

The appox. 80 members of the staff at my middle school are awesome.
Accept for 3 of them.
My middle school has 687 students.

It is always better to do what you want to do, since it is your life. Out of curiosity, what did you do after high school?

Great to see the familiar babble! And I am really sad to learn that Merry had to leave. Merry was one of the most balanced guys around here. I am sure if I had been around at that time, I would have not let him leave.

He wanted to leave mainly because he was getting annoyed with the constant bickering. I had a chat with him privately and he stated other reasons which I will not say. But he was planning to leave much later, the bickering at the time just fuelled him to want to leave a lot earlier. And to be honest I didn't blame him.

My middle school had I'd say about a 1,500 students with probably 200 to 300 or so faculty and staff. My High School was ranked the seventh largest high school in terms of student enrollment in the state (4,137 students).

4,137?! That's incredible.

My high school had around 2,000, no more. And I used to think that was big.

Our school district already has 49 schools (4 High, 11 Middle, rest High) and they're building more but being in the Houston suburban area, people are moving in faster than the school districts can adjust.

Besate RL have 2100 citizens :/

Thy school is excessively enormous

Our graduating class was the 3rd largest in school history with 57, total enrollment this year is 651. Three towns make up our school district, Allison (1,029), Greene (1,130) and Bristow (160).

But rural small town life does trump city life in several ways.

I live in the fourth-largest city of the United States. Yay! Our graduating class had 971 people. I had to sit through an hour and a quarter of names on my graduation -_-

Well he did break the law pretty egregiously and it was better for him to leave than face a trial at the HC.

So quite.

And in the direction he was headed, he wasn't keeping his administrator office. By the way, Borduriaa, you may want to check out the new legislation we have about that...

And what about kicking yours derrieres in some committee? Would we?
