Maybe that because it's the only halo region...
That's true. Years ago all of the minor Halo regions consolidated into this one. I myself came from Beta Halo. It was more active in those days. But over time, the WA members died off, and I was the only one left. With no delegate and a sporadically active founder, we got invaded a lot. I think that has discouraged many of us from much activity.
Bummer. But we continue on.
Well I'm not going anywhere any time soon, I wouldn't mind assisting with jump starting the region. The update will be soon. I would gladly be the WA-Delegate until we can find someone that's willing to be the permanent delegate.
But that's up to you guys if you are willing...
