I'm really, really hoping they don't try to bring back Cortana. It'd be self defeating, and pointless. They spent an entire game killing her, only to bring her back? I sure hope not.
Hey all, I've drafted a resolution for the WA.. take a look and see what you think.

Not a part of the WA, so I have no idea what to say.
I see a lot of "what" but not a lot of "hows".
There a lot of suggestions of what SHOULD be done, but no actual plan. It's more or less "nations need to provide more Internet security for user" with no plan on how to enforce this of carry it out.
Not sure of that's how the WA works or not.
The WA don't tend to like a lot of 'how'.. nations object to too much top-down legislation.
I have no idea what the WA is, so... I'll just sit here in the corner and play Halo.

Well, I thought so. Even if it has reached a point where it's slightly boring.
When you've completed the game on the hardest possible difficulty, repeat playthroughs seem to lack something.
Spartan Ops on Legendary is brutal when playing it solo.
It's not even the difficulty that makes it brutal. It's the length of time. You just sit there with the longest range weapons available to you and kill off the enemies one by one.
I use my magnum to kill off Grunts and Jackals. Then I find a plasma pistol and pick it up. Then I use the noob combo, since I usually carry a DMR/BR/Carbine when playing Spartan Ops.
Knights are a pain in the ass though, teleporting like pussies.
I tend to play long range or stealth when I play solo.
I once cleared the first mission where Knights show up without being involved in a straight up fire fight. I'll say this: Halo is -not- built for stealth play.
I know that feel bro. It'd be nice if you could pull off assassinations without other enemies knowing but... You can't.
Speaking of stealth and long range... Are you aware of how many DMR rounds to the knee a hunter can take?
Answer: Far too many.
