So, presumably they may have developed their arms program around facilitating aid in rough zones or are designed/selected to achieve the opposite of their specialty. Ie: Some forces may use the red cross as a bull's eye, and imagine a MASH surgeon giving feedback to weapons designers and armory quartermasters. Within this niche, I suspect Doppio_Giudici has potential for a competitive advantage depending on its execution of pursuing it.
As far as I see it, this alarm at a supposed coup has generated activity, the factbook is intact, and no banjections yet, so it is a good thing.
I don't know the situation, or perspectives, how elections officially work, what Block did or did to undo it, or who all is involved in the coup.
I know the forum is quiet, and there are complaints about the current government which encountered preexisting problems of the recently revitalized but now wounded region with promises and vanishing. The region has seen worse, lower population and less activity. Though the number of nations to activity would surprise me If I wasn't familiar with general tendencies for lurking, 30 dayer's, vactions, and puppet storage to often make up a significant portion of a region.
Regardless of what happened, the path to move forward is more important. Some thinking they have a better idea may try to bypass bylaws with defacto means to take control, while some may try to use the laws and treaties with parties in the abandoned government hall to make official decisions outside the view of the region and expect compliance to a contract they never read to anoint a stranger. These approaches will both inflame tensions and entrenchment that will steal attention from the notion of moving forward.
Be transparent, be flexible, be patient.
Do we act within the constitution? Is there a quarom to use the established channels and Forum? If not, is there an alternative that fits current regional activity? Does the region agree to this alternative? Has the proposal, call to vote, and result been announced in the Factbook/RMB/other? etc.

Of course you're lost. You weren't expecting support for your claims, and are still standing by your previous statement based partially on introspection and intentions that deviate from reality. Its a natural tendency.
However, I based my appraisal on the numbers from the WA Census. Your biggest strengths are for things that support health, safety, environment and spreading access to that support publicly and abroad. You do have significant defense forces and arms manufacturing, but top 13% and 14% falls short of noteworthy by WA standards, and don't compete with 1%.
Though you don't need to go toe to toe with the top suppliers of front line battles, conquest, apocalyptic annihilation, and the deterrent/ defense against those. You have an angle for differentiation, riding on the support and knowledge of your other strengths to gain a competitive advantage in arms for that market. MASCH security, 2nd layer defense of refugee safe zones, martial law policing actions, non-lethal protection for protests and against riots, etc. Also, there is a minorly significant and likely unethical potential for using knowledge of fixing carnage to inform development and selection of armaments based on field results.
