I have adhered to the constitution unfailingly, and partaken extensively in regional dialogue. I will serve with effective and decisive leadership, and ask for the support of my fellow nations. No, under the current constitution of the region, participation in voting is not mandatory.

I, Scorpions Army nominate myself as head of dangerous experiments. All death row inmates in Capitalist Paradise will be transferred to Scorpions Army's military base 'Brimstone'.

Any findings from said experiments will be shared. Unless deemed too dangerous for common nation use. Experiments include areas such as inter-planetary travel, inter-dimensional travel, and weapons research. Also, if given enough death row inmates, cures to the worst diseases facing CP.

No vote equals conformation of republican leaders and a vote counts as a democratic parties candidate. That is how compulsory vote works here.
