this is cancer, it's time to stop
Hiyo! 😃
WA News, "Yeah, We're Back" Edition. We unfortunately were idle for a while, hopefully we didn't miss out on too many votes. We were able to make the last one, the proposed "Toxic Heavy Metals Act", which passed 13,805 votes to 4,639. So remember, lead pipes are murder weapons, not drinking vessels.
Currently up for vote is a proposal we rather fancy, "Preventing Animal Abuse". It's pretty a straightforward blanket outlawing of cruelty to animals. The wording's a little vague, but Reasonable Nation Theory should make up for that. We interpret it as keeping hunting and domestic animal slaughter legal, but outlawing "inhumane" methods of hunting or slaughter. Kawaiian religious law already forbids this, so we're happy to find a WA proposal we can fully stand behind.
Lesoldat, Sygma, Kripoli, and The cheerful underworld
Kawaii !!!😃
A coup in a neighbouring country has seen a mercenary force led by retired Demonic general Chris Yu-gi-oh take charge of the peaceful backwater, purging the opposition and suppressing freedoms. Despite the new leader making a dubious promise to hold elections, the government in exile is demanding that The cheerful Underworld take action.

Lawang reserve the right to punish rapists with death by torture!
Nomalus has become so technologically advanced we don't even know what technology is anymore.
I didn't know the server had a scheduled shut down time.
WA News, "There's Just No Pleasing Some Folks" Edition. The General Assembly resolution "Crime and Punishment" was passed 12,853 votes to 3,932. We missed the vote, but considering how lopsided it was, not to mention being named after a Dostoevsky novel, it's probably just as well.
Remember the "Preventing Animal Abuse" proposal that we were all for a while back? Well, it passed handily, but sure enough, Railana wants to repeal it. Apparently they claim that it outlaws the use of animals in medical testing. We didn't consider that a disqualifying factor when we supported the legislation, and don't really see it as an adequate reason to repeal it.
Hey everybody! I know I'm new to this region, but I thought that since it is an anime and otaku region, I just wanted to say that I made a Visual Novel where the story takes place in my Nation. I would really appreciate if some people would take a look at it :)

Thank you very much!!!!
Catching up on WA News: The attempted repeal of "Preventing Animal Abuse" went down in flames, fortunately. On the other hands, the newly proposed "Pesticide Regulations" was passed 12,239 votes to 2,169. So, no poisoning pigeons in the park, okay?
Currently there is no proposal up for vote and the stuff in the queue isn't worth commenting on, much less approving. So we're kicking back and taking it easy for a few days.
Yeah, there REALLY doesn't seem to be much activity on here these days. I've never come back to this page to still be able to see the last comment I left before.
We're mostly the silent types.
Well, looks like the WA is back in business, this time with another attempted repeal of GA #372, "Preventing Animal Abuse". We came out in support of the resolution and opposed the first attempt at repeal. This new proposed repeal basically rehashes the same arguments as the earlier one, so we expect to oppose it again.
Hello! I've been in anime for a while now but I thought I'd just start participating in the community a but more, hello~
I mean I have been here for years now and I usually don't say anything...
One legislation made me dropped out of several categories of top 10 in the world. This game is brutal and I am thinking about calling quits. =/
Lawang was once the top 1% nudest in the world and 1 motorist legislation dropped that below 10%. Having a law that tells your citizens to wear nothing doesn't go well with a law requiring full body protection when riding motorcycles LOL.
Welcome to Anime: a graveyard for anime themed nations.
Arrrgghh SHUT UP! Too much talking!
