Just for everyone to know, we already had a newspaper here on Anarchadom, but there's probably some kind of bug on NS++, because I can't find it neither disband, it says "You have no authority to do that action" (or something like that), seems like this newspaper is really an anarchist one *laughs*
I will try to find a solution, maybe even send an email to NS++ (this can be happening with more regions) If it is found, you are welcome to move your newspaper to here, or we can just open embassies :3

- *Giving the importance of "No borders" in Anarchism, every nation of Anarchy will have the right to discuss their territorial zone with other aggregates.
*For representation in this map every nation has to agree with the open borders policy and the respect for autonomous nomadic collectives that can also be represented via their influence zones.
*Creation or expansion of influence zones cannot be prohibited by nations due to the open borders policy; if a nation wants to extend their borders, the collective of the influence zone necessarily needs to agree.
Interest conflicts will be resolved by the International Comission, although we think they won't happen.
The International Comission is the bottom-top democratic body where every represented aggregate: admit new aggregate representation, can propose legislation and GD change, and also help in interest conflicts.
- *For entrance on the Regional Map the organization's zone project must be accepted by the International Comission.
*The project consists on a painting of the desired area in the most recent map, sending it (through a telegram with the image link) to the Geographical Department choosen by the IC.
*Specify if you are an Influence Zone (IZ) or and Federated Territory (FT)
*The Geographical Department of Anarchadom is right now responsible for designing zone margins in the Map, updating it.
*After deliberation with the IC you will be presented with a resolution, that you may accept or not.
*By accepting and joining the Map your Geographical Department will be added as a subscriber of this dispatch, in the end of it

The Influence Zone is for autonomous moving aggregates of people, aka nomads, or even maybe a political group if you identify ur account on Nationstates that way, being meant to be where you pass by or where you influence. The Federated Territory is for fixed federated aggregates of people that reclaim a territory for their development.
Influence Zones can prevent Federated Territories to grow to their existent areas, but the inverse can't happen to secure aggregates have their roots safe, and their environment sustainable.

Anarchy will not die. The vision of Anarchy can not be obliterated or controlled by those who seek to control others because Anarchy rejects authority and masters. Those who seek to control Anarchy will find those it seeks to control are uncontrollable and will resist in various ways.
Anarchy's principles can not be fitted into ballot boxes, or conscripted and watered-down as pawns in a desire by those who seek to dominate others. Anarchy defies, resists, and refuses to conform, smashing the construct of domination and the very idea of being dominated.
Anarchy is not the least bit afraid of ruins. It's spirit can not be crushed because they will not give their consent to it. :)
