Yeah, but this is only the start of Hurricane Season. And the bad thing is, my city hasn't been hit by an actually hurricane in 7 or so years. The last time we got affected by a hurricane in slightest was when Superstorm Sandy came around and made all the New Yorkers and New Jerseyites regret not preparing for Hurricanes, and even then my town only got a few thunderstorms form Sandy.

So how does the government work around here? Is there a constitution or model to follow?
