Here you will find the current roster of government officials, links to a variety of important resources, a list of frequently asked questions, and a consolidated directory for the legal code of the Dominion Government.
As a reminder, all World Assembly members are required to endorse the governor and legitimate delegate of this region, Ancian. Failure to do so within a reasonable timeframe of entering the region or joining the World Assembly creates a security risk, which will be dealt with accordingly. Additionally, WA members entering from regions other than those which they spawned in are asked to identify themselves to regional officials to prevent friendly fire.

What if I'm a World Assembly member who doesn't want to endorse the delegate?
I suggest you contact one or several of the government officials listed in the section above. Special dispensation can be made in exceptional circumstances, but as a general rule, those who fail to endorse the delegate are ejected from the region because they pose a security threat.

I want to write a WA resolution / get a banner / get influence, but I need endorsements. How many can I collect before I'm ejected?
The answer you're given will depend on how long you've resided in the region, whether you have a clean record, and will vary from person to person. There is no hard and fast endorsement limit, however acquiring many in a short time without first letting the government officials know is a bad idea. Your best bet is just to ask on the Regional Message Board.

Legal Index
Following is a summary of the current established legal code of the Dominion Government. Although we seek to keep this Index as comprehensive and up to date as possible, it is the responsibility of citizens to be aware of and obey all laws and directives.
Constitution of WZEU - The supreme law of the Dominion of Warzone Europe.
WZEU Citizenship Act - The purpose of this legislation is to define citizenship in WZEU and what it entails along with requirements for running for public office.
Naturalization Act - An act to establish the basic rights and duties of citizens, and to establish a precedence for multiple citizenships.
Regional Gendarmerie Act - In the interests of further regional security, this act establishes a regional Gendarmerie with powers to enforce Dominion law and maintain regional security.
Imperial Empowerment Act - Establishes additional reserve powers to the sovereign.
Establishment of the Dominion Sovereign Forces - An act to establish Warzone Europe's military superiority.
WZEU Civil Rights Act - Establishes Due Process, equality before the law, and penalties for hate speech and harassment
I think I covered all the major bases here. Inevitably though I will have missed something.
The overall idea, for those of you who haven't been privy to the discussions, is to cut down on clutter as far as pinned dispatches, and to streamline the process for incoming newbies by putting all the key information and links in one place. Once this is finalized, it will be pinned at the top of the list, and the other non-news dispatches will be unpinned and linked to as necessary.
This looks like it'll be a great addition, and much more convenient than the current setup.

Recruitment Ministry Releases Integrated Information Dispatch
In yet another great leap forward for our region, the new communist-led Ministry of Recruitment has released a new draft dispatch, demonstrating the new plan to integrate regionally pinned dispatches in order to streamline the process for incoming immigrants and sorting out the byzantine law code into a more readable format so that citizens may better understand their rights and continue to improve their conditions.
The draft was met with enthusiastic support from both longtime CPWZEU supporters, and independent political figures, showcasing the broad support among workers of all stripes for the continuing development of socialism in the region. This latest achievement of the party represents another step in the inexorable march of progress for the common man, and a triumph for the worker-peasant masses as the region's law codes are now rendered open to the public. Needless to say this free access to the full legal code will improve the state of affairs for oppressed minorities, who are now for the first time able to get a concise summary of their rights.
Socialist Party of Warzone Australia Seizes Control; Communism Proclaimed in WZAU!
As the dominoes continue to fall for the capitalist class throughout the Warzones, another historic victory has been announced for the global class struggle, this time in Warzone Australia. After years of unstable regimes propped up by foreign imperialists, the oppressed masses have at long last claimed their rightful place as masters of the region. With generous assistance from experienced revolutionary fighters of fraternal socialist regions, the region is currently in the process of full liberation from reactionary elements.
Already, special envoys from the People's Republic of Warzone Asia have arrived and begun high-level diplomatic talks on the subject of arranging a unified front for the liberation of workers throughout the Warzones. In the face of increasingly desperate odds, the executive of Warzone Europe has sought to establish diplomatic relations in order to bureaucratize and filibuster the inevitable conclusion of this wave of revolution. Within the CPWZEU itself, discussions are ongoing over the possibility of a strategic alliance with the SPWA.
Civil Rights Act Drafted; Pending Public Review
In response to overwhelmingly positive comments in favor of the Party's initiative to move forward with manifesto promises relating to the establishment of a civil rights act for Warzone Europe, in accordance with the Party's commitment to democratic involvement in the lawmaking process, the central committee has established the drafting board for public viewing and comment on legislation under consideration prior to its submission to the Interior Ministry.
Already the Central Committee has put forward landmark legislation to establish the basic principles of human dignity already present in nearly all developed regions, let along Warzones, and brining the Dominion up to the barest of standards previously argued for (in what is perhaps an ironic twist for a communist-backed piece of legislation) by none other than the Empress of the region. The fact that even the very symbol of imperialist oppression in this region has gone on record as advocating for such basic protections against abuse and discrimination truly highlights the horrific crimes against the people which previous governments have shamefully ignored.
Additionally, I wish to draw attention to one particular item mentioned in this edition. In accordance with the CPWZEU's commitment to open government and democratic lawmaking, we have released for public review an early draft of the proposed civil rights act. This, and all future CPWZEU drafts, can e found on the following dispatch:
Preamble: The purpose of this legislation is to guarantee basic equality before the law and the right to equal participation.
Section 1: All citizens of Warzone Europe are equal before the law, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, nationality, social or economic class, religious creed, physiological ability or lack thereof, marital status, and political affiliation.
Section 2: All citizens of Warzone Europe have the right to know publicly of any crimes which they are being prosecuted for prior to the execution of any punishment, and to have access to any related evidence, excepting where such public charges can be demonstrated to materially aid the cause of a specific group known to be hostile towards the Dominion government and its allies, or where such public charges are in violation of community standards on defamation or doxing.
Section 2, Subsection 1: No citizen shall be punished for a crime without due notification of the specific law(s) which they have violated.
Section 2, Subsection 2: Article 2, Section 2 of the Regional Gendarmerie Bill ("Officers…") is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Officers have the right to summarily eject and ban non-citizens which are deemed a threat to regional stability, and to enforce the laws of the Dominion government among citizens"
Section 2, Subsection 3: Nothing in this act shall be construed to prevent or hinder action against subversive non-citizens or nations which have been stripped of citizenship
Section 3: The crime of Hate Speech is hereby established. Any remarks in any form related to Warzone Europe, that are found to unduly harass, intimidate, threaten, or defame, especially with regards to the categories mentioned in Section 1, shall be considered Hate Speech.
Section 3, Subsection 1:The recommended punishment for Hate Speech is ejection and ban from the region for a period of three to six months, and a public apology. It is furthermore recommended that the material in question be removed from public record.
Section 4: The crime of Harassment is hereby established. Any remarks or actions made by a resident against another resident, with either hostile intent, or with intent to discriminate based on the categories mentioned in Section 1.
Section 4, Subsection 1: The term "resident" shall include, for the purpose of this legislation, any person, regardless of citizenship or consular status, operating within any legal jurisdiction of the Dominion of Warzone Europe.
Section 4, Subsection 2: Harassment shall be a capital offense. Any resident found guilty will be stripped of all privileges, including citizenship and consular status. The recommended punishment is permanent ban from all Dominion jurisdiction, with Damnatio Memoriae applicable to all public posts and official records.
Section 5: All citizens have the right to freedom of speech, association, and the press, subject to the laws and customs of Warzone Europe
Section 6: The Dominion of Warzone Europe is and shall remain a secular state. No legal action shall be taken to compel citizens to a particular faith or creed.
Section 6, Subsection 1: No resident may use public resources to proselytize their faith. Any resident violating this section may be prosecuted for Hate Speech.
Finally, if there are no further objections or comments over the new integrated information dispatch in the next day or so, I shall begin executing the plan to cut down on the number of pinned information dispatches.
I don't have any problem with draft at the moment , however, make sure you are not making laws that are already established. It seems to be a needed piece of legislation that should be of great benefit to the region.
I find the draft to contain some fluff, but I'll brush that off since it does nothing positive but nor negative in that same vain. This could be a quite helpful law if enforced correctly; if enforced incompetently it could go too far. The hate crimes stated could be pushed beyond their purpose, until calling somebody an idiot or gay could become an incredibly heavy criminal offense. That would not be the flaw of the law, however, therefore I'll say that this act looks fine for the time being. Good job.
Yeah, that's the main reason I decided to make two separate categories for "Hate Speech" and "Harassment". As I see it, calling someone gay (or one of the many related slurs) as an unironic insult might be worth a slap on the wrist, while actively targeting a particular person or group (for whatever reason) would deserve a permanent removal from the community. My gut feeling is that the former would be handled by the gendarmerie, while the latter would probably be reviewed by the upper echelons.

In seriousness, I'd love to have an actual opposition party to rail against in Neues Europa. But it seems the communists are unopposed.
