Oh, I'm planning on making a new family tree and ignoring everyone that I don't get introduced to. It will be a very uncomplicated family tree, a first in NS I'm sure.

Like the rock pile? lol

Like the choice they just made about graduation. Usually there are three graduation ceremonies, one for the Arts and Sciences, one for the Business school, and one for the Graduate school. the first two are held on Saturday and the second is held on Sunday and all are held inside an auditorium, clocking in at about 2 hours each. But guess what our horrible horrible president decided to do for this year? Put all three of them into one long 5-6 hour ceremony, AND hold it outside. In florida. In May. With peoples grandparents attending. And also those really heavy gowns that everyone has to wear? They're black.

This whole Grey Family thing has been quite confusing to me.

The Velvetine Rabbit wrote:I know, I know. Have you read any of the tributes to him, especially the one from Emma Thompson?

I did and it moved me to tears. :'(

When I graduated, we had black gowns also, so we all wore bathing suits underneath. It was hot and I was glad that I did. lol

I know that the Anumians and the Greys are two of the oldest and most influential "families" in NS, but since I don't go on the forums I've never been approached. Someone was trying to entice me to join another one of the families and tried to convince me to register on a forum, but I never did so I am unencumbered by any family.

I really liked him and his performances.

He usually played a heavy/villian in the filsm that I saw, but he was fantastic in Sense and Sensibility.

Ah Cobi's son Andrew.
*points to my earlier post about the family roll call*

It's just Andrew now, thank you. No attachments added.

What a beautiful Sunday. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and it's bloody freezing outside. So I'm staying inside with a good book and a pot of tea. :D

*sniffles* I think that Selina gave me her cold. I just couldn't function this weekend. *goes back to bed*

You poor dear. *sends rabbit some chicken soup and tissues*

My deepest apologies, rabbit.

The Velvetine Rabbit wrote:*sniffles* I think that Selina gave me her cold. I just couldn't function this weekend. *goes back to bed*

Oh boy, here we go with everybody catching Selina's cold. Selina, are you the NationStates equivalent of Typhoid Mary, the first person in the United States identified as an asymptomatic carrier of a pathogen ?

*sends Rabbit more chicken soup, tissues, extra warm onesies, and her collection of Marvel DVD's*

Oh, I just remembered, Agent Carter returns tomorrow. Don't miss it.

Zoe Washburne wrote:Oh boy, here we go with everybody catching Selina's cold. Selina, are you the NationStates equivalent of Typhoid Mary, the first person in the United States identified as an asymptomatic carrier of a pathogen ?

I can't be, I had symptoms.

*sends Rabbit cold medicine, hot tea and more tissues*

*sniffles* Thank you all so much. I'm getting better...I think...hope...I don't know.

Selina, everybody was fine until you brought the cold into the region. If that isn't being a carrier, I don't know what is. lol

*tries to figure out how to disinfect her monitor, hangs cloth saturated with Listerine over monitor just to be safe*

If I remember my microbiology correctly, heat and fire kills everything. Want to borrow a flame thrower? It would disinfect your monitor properly.

Still sick. I fell asleep in the middle of the premier of Agent Carter last night. :'(

You fell asleep in the middle of the premier of Agent Carter??? How could you???

Peggy did more of what Peggy does best and Jarvis's wife is something to behold.

Agent Carter what fantastic last night. Go and watch it again on-line, Rabbit.

It was easy. I was nice and warm wrapped up in a a down throw and drifted off during a commercial break. :(

I did, I did. It was fantastic. I love the opening scene.

I could watch an entire hour of Peggy and Dottie engaging both physically and mentally. They should just write Jack out.

Wasn't Ana Jarvis just fabulous? I do miss Angie though.

I'm with you on that, Soph, though Chad Michael Murray does play the male chauvinist pig Jack Thompson so well.

Zoe Washburne wrote:Wasn't Ana Jarvis just fabulous? I do miss Angie though.

Ana and Peggy both have the same personalities which are direct opposites of Edwin's. That's why it works so well. Perhaps Angie will make a guest appearance in future episodes. It would be a shame to just throw away her character.

Oh, I read somewhere that Peggy's red lipstick was something that Taylor Swift would die for. lol

That role is supposed to be representative of that period of time. I have no way of knowing, but must have been hell to be a woman back then.

The lipstick is so fabulous that I went out and bought some, as well as matching nail polish. I just love the fashion from that time, but I could care less about what it morphed into in the 50's.

Speaking of acting, I got cast in a play at my college! :)

TFFW! Seriously?

Castigonia wrote:Speaking of acting, I got cast in a play at my college! :)

What play and what part, Cast? IU hope that it was one of the leads. :D

Castigonia wrote:Speaking of acting, I got cast in a play at my college! :)

Congratulations, Cast. :)

For all of you Doctor Who fans, Steven Moffat has finally been replaced by Chris Chibnall! The only problem is that we won't see any of his work until 2018. Now I can start caring about the show again.
