Did you mean you were looking for Babylon 5 ships? :P

How many ships are there in this fifth of Babylon?
I can only imagine that every character has their own FFiction

Yes.

Propably. But I couldn't find any of them with quick googling and got actual ships instead.

Similarity of words, combined with effects of certain Internet groups and slight dyslexia can lead into slightly amusing things.
Like wondering why one school is offering course on "Gender reassignment/sex change at the farm" ("sukupuolenvaihdos maatilalla" in Finnish), then notice name of the course actually is "change of generation at the farm" ("sukupolvenvaihdos maatilalla" in Finnish).

Yes, but also sometimes a Camelza can bring quite nasty thoughts.

Stranger danger.

I had slightly amusing realization today. Finland also has "bible belt", although propably not as bad as somewhere else. Finland's called along lines of "Maid Finland" because apparently its area roughly resemble (one armed) person in dress. Finlands "bible belt" coincides with area where "Maid Finland" would wear a belt. So in Finland "bible belt" is slightly more "literal" in its meaning.

Every country has its weird ultra-religious region. Though when I hear of Finland I don't exactly think of extreme religiosity and christian devotion... :P

Our Gaben, who art in Bellevue
Rotund be thy shape
The half-life come
Thy will be done on earth
as it is in Valve
Give is this day our daily vidya
And forgive us for our pirating
as we forgive those who pirate alongside us
May VAC lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from hacking
For thine kingdom is the VALVe
the Steam, and the vidya
For ever and ever
Gaben.

Why are you praying to Gaben?

Black Friday approaches. My wallet may not handle this well.

I think "extreme religiosity and christian devotion" is relative. Not exactly as loud fundamentalism per se as in american south for example, but those areas are know for combination of voting for more religious(in Finnish context) and culturally/socially conservative canditates in elections and having major settlements of Pentecostals and Laestadianists.

speaking of religions, is anyone else getting a random TG from someone wanting you to have your nation be part of their own religion that they've made up?

A while ago, I think, yeah.
