Am I the only one that feels like most of these issues have really unrelated results? For example I recently implement super soldiers into my military and my weather and goes down. W-what??
No, you're not alone in that feeling, but there's a viable explanation:
It takes quite a big industry to produce those super soldiers and/or their equipment. The factory chimneys will smoke furiously and pollution is inevitable. Hence the dropping of your weather stats.

I did, then it rained...then it cleared...then it hailed...then it cleared...then it rained again...then it was sunny...then it rained again...then it was sunny again...then it rained again...and that was all in the one morning. Its hailed and rained and sunnied in random intervals since then.
