I went back to the very spot where it was and it has gone. I think the other pigeons cannibalised it because it was so different, and looked remarkably fresh and tasty

The death penalty is just barbaric though. No country should feel within its rights to execute foreign nationals, no matter how heinous the crime.

Indeed it is. But what do you do to the people who have done a severely heinous crime, such as abduction/torture/multiple murders? Obviously killing and torture are out of the question, but how to you deliver a fair punishment without being too extreme? And also, Indonesia made a ridiculous decision. They executed the Bali 9 for smuggling drugs, but apparently they only gave a 2 month sentence to a woman who killed someone and stuffed them into a suitcase.

TNP has just lost 3 people in under 5 minutes. Sad. We can do better! By that I mean we can make more stay, not leave.
