May I welcome everyone to the second Council of Narnia! With the help of the original founder, The narnian council, we were able to successfully refound the region. A refounding was necessary for regional security.
Now, let us move forward to prosperity and power!
I already have a WA Delegate picked out and he will be the active leader of Narnia while I take more of a backseat, supervisory role. More details forthcoming!

I have been appointed as your new Delegate and I will soon be taking a very active role in running The Council of Narnia. I will be working hard to re-build this region to it's former glory and beyond. Please endorse me so I can assume control and start opening up some new embassies. Please feel free to come forward with any questions or suggestions. Together we can make The Council of Narnia a premier NationStates region!

And it is true, Narnia is here, just as it was before. And while this may not be Aslan's Country (as of yet) we shall do everything in our power to promote Narnia, to move further up and further in.
