Descendants of noble houses that supported and joined King Sno the Light, in his journey of guiding unfortunate souls during a time of war and destruction, to a land that today would be known as, the Kingdom of Filopi.

Those who join gain the status of a "Celestial Dragon" and is invited to live in the palaces of Monsetrouvette, the Kingdom's capital, but only to those in power.
