The Confederacy of Kvysbekistan is quite frankly appalled by Slandsbocamaistatesstans recent discussions with Elkington Dynamics regarding their logo, in which logic and decency were thrown out of the window. Many peaceful solutions were offered by Elkington Dynamics all of which were turned down by Slandsbocamaistatesstan, instead Slandsbocamaistatesstan has threatened to use their governmental power to pass a new law specifically for this conflict. We would like to point out that since this conflict predates the inevitable passing of this law, Elkington Dynamics can not be found guilty of "breaking" this law as it was not a law when Elkington Dynamics created their logo. Since this will most likely be overlooked by Slandsbocamaistatesstan and a CSEC case seems inevitable, Elkington Dynamics will have the full support of The Confederacy of Kvysbekistan in their upcoming legal battle. We fully support this new law that will be pushed forward, especially since the symbol Slandsbocamaistatesstan is claiming Elkington Dynamics copied has a striking resemblance to Kvysbekistans national animal and we had not yet had a means to pursue this.
We believe that this Act will prevent companies from using symbols many associate with nations in order to imply a degree of endorsement, where there is actually none. In regards to the logo of Elkington Dynamics, the bird symbol pictured is identical to one of Slandsbocamaistatesstan's protected symbols, which has a history dating back thousands of years and was previously used on our flag.
We understand the importance of, and support the passing of, this act. However, we would believe it unfair on Elkington Dynamics to bring punishing action against it as long as it's logo is changed before the act is passed. Should such a case be brought against Elkington Dynamics in the scenario that their logo is changed, we would struggle to justify supporting Slandsbocamaistatesstan.
Action would only be taken against Elkington Dynamics if they continue to use the logo without our permission.
We would like to remind all nations that the financial report for this cycle will be released tommorow evening.
Elkington Dynamics will not be changing their logo as they have not broken any law and they have done no wrong, their logo clearly depicts the Bekistani Eagle the national animal of Kvysbekistan. However we do note that a symbol used in the previous Slandsbocamaistatesstan flag also looks quite similar to this logo so we would like clarification from Slandsbocamaistatesstan as to why a symbol they claim is of their native kestrel has such resemblance to an eagle. We believe that taking a depiction of what is clearly an animal of significance in our nation and putting it on their flag is not okay, but what we find simply appalling is Slandsbocamaistatesstans actions to force Elkington Dynamics to change their logo in a vile attempt to claim our own national animal for themselves and prevent both Kvysbekistan and our businesses from using a depiction of our eagle.

Under normal circumstances we would maintain our century long non-intereference status-quo with you, however we have recently discovered the presence of a group that call themselves the "Order of Violet" within the borders of multiple nations in the Halcyon Archipellago. We understand that you have had some... run-ins, with them in the past. While they do seem to currently be unable to affect the politics of the islands in any meaningful way, our neighbouring island nations are not exactly our friends and many of them, including ourselves, are experiencing an increasing level of internal polarisation. We fear that this relative instability may allow them to act more freely or influence the hearts and minds of our populace more effectively. It is for this reason that we request a knowledge sharing pact regarding their organisation, should you all accept we will relay any new information on the Violet Order we gain directly to you in exchange for any information you yourselves have or gather. You have our governments personal guarantee that no shared information will reach the hands of any other Halcyon nation as not to create security leaks. We look forward to hearing back from you.
Kyrname and Kyrdstan joint statement on the recent news report out of the Mukkbekistanian Islands:
Both Kyrname and Kyrdstan are in the belief that all published allegations should be taken seriously and investigated fully. It is important whistle-blowers feel safe to speak out in our region without fear of punishment.
Due the specific nature of some of the allegations and the involvement of Kyrname and Kyrdtsan in these, it is believed this statement is necessary.
Neither Kyrname, nor Kyrdstan believe that there was any negative damage caused to their nations, nor the ETC over the Slandsbocamaistatesstan History Department educational video. Both Kyrname and Kyrdstan fully support the video as an impoetant educational tool to citizens of thr SEC. Mistakes in speech are a common part in politics and this should not be used as negative press against Slandsbocamaistatesstan.
Kyrname and Kyrdstan would like to be assured that Slandsbocamaistatesstan is committed to passing and putting to poll their manifesto pledges, and are concerned by any ideas that the position of the Presidency is being used to pass laws that will benefit Slandsbocamaistatesstan in court. While out diplomats are sure that this is not the case, a confirmatory statement on this matter would be welcomed.
Furthermore, Kyrname and Kyrdstan would like to see a swift end to the dispute between Elkington Dynamics and Slandsbocamaistatesstan over the issue of the flags. Ideally this would be without use of the court system or any hard power.
Nations should remember we have more similarities than differences and should use this time to come to together closer and increase our cooperation.
We can confirm that we are focused on passing laws that benefit the whole region as a whole, not just our own gains. This can clearly be seen in the passage of the Declaration of Inalienable Rights, which ensures a decent standard of living for all in the region, as well as our push towards higher transparancy in the Region's finances. The Fourth Amendment is in the final stage of being drafted, and we hope that all nations will find something they support within its contents once it is put up for polling soon.
We are also working closely with Kvysbekistan and Elkington Dynamics in order to find a peaceful and amicable solution to our dispute.
