World Assembly Resolutions
Since the rise of the World Assembly from the ashes of its predecessor, the Bureaucracy That Cannot Be Named, WA member nations have worked tirelessly to improve the standard of the world. That, or tried to force other nations to be more like them. But that's just semantics.
Below is every World Assembly resolution ever passed.

Security Council Resolution # 164
Liberate The Mountains to the East
A resolution to strike down Delegate-imposed barriers to free entry in a region.
The Security Council,
Recognizing that The Mountains to the East is a large region with many active natives;
Understanding that during a shift in WA delegacy, a large force of raiders from The Black Riders invaded the region with malicious intent to destroy it;
Noting that the invasion was a result of deceit and treachery, stemming from a sleeper puppet within the region;
Further noting that The Black Riders is a previously condemned region, notorious for raiding thousands of defenseless regions;
Realizing that the invasion has turned into a long-term occupation;
Shocked that the occupying force has threatened to suppress any dissent with ejection;
Aware that it is only a matter of time before the raiding delegate gains enough influence to exercise uncontrolled power over the region;
Arguing that the natives of The Mountains to the East have the right to regain control of their region;
Hereby liberates The Mountains to the East.

Security Council Resolution # 165
Condemn General Halcones
A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.
The Security Council,
Recognizing General halcones as the Founder and Overlord of The Black Riders, a Raider region already condemned by this council on previous occasions,
Acknowledging that General Halcones is considered the "father" of modern-day raiding, having invented the tactic of "tag raiding", which in turn has contributed to over 10000 regions raided over the past three eras of The Black Riders,
Further Acknowledging that General Halcones is responsible for leading raids on more than half of these regions, attacking innocent World Assembly Delegates and forcibly removing natives from their homes,
Disgusted that General Halcones has constructed The Black Riders in its image, training the officers of The Black Riders to engage in ruthless and barbaric behavior, who in turn teach these tactics to new nations, permanently corrupting them,
Horrified that General Halcones encourages the nations of The Black Riders to use their World Assembly status to commit these atrocities,
Shocked that General Halcones encourages The Black Riders to seize innocent regions, forcibly occupy them, and use them to vote against World Assembly proposals created to improve the world by restricting international crime, later destroying these regions,
Outraged by these actions and seeking an end to General Halcones' reign of terror,
Hereby Condemns General halcones of The Black Riders.

Security Council Resolution # 166
Repeal: “Commend Luna Amore”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #123 “Commend Luna Amore” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The Security Council,
Recognizing that, while controlling several nations with unique domestic structures is a marginally impressive accomplishment, it is one which is easily accomplished with careful preparation and diligence,
Asserting that SC#123 contradicts itself by calling the domestic structures Luna Amore established within their puppet nations as unique, while also acknowledging that Luna Amore is not the first nation to have accomplished the governmental constructs shown in their puppets H- and On beyond zebra,
Noting that studying population growth is a task easily accomplished by viewing the nation's census records, which diminishes the accomplishment of Luna Amore in this regard,
Acknowledging that, while Luna Amore's defense of Free Thought is a commendable action, it is the only one present in SC#123 which may be called such,
Believing that, where SC#123 may detail an impressive accomplishment, it does so in such vague terms that it effectively nullifies the accomplishment in question,
Further Believing that SC#123 is nearly devoid of material which may be used to justify a Commendation of Luna Amore, and, aware that when there is commendable material present, it is nearly devoid of information, which essentially nullifies the clauses in question,
Hereby Repeals SC#123, Commend Luna Amore.

General Assembly Resolution # 307
Anti-Counterfeiting Pact
A resolution to improve world security by boosting police and military budgets.
Recognizing the negative impact of counterfeit currency operations on nations;
Realizing such actions not only degrade value of and trust in legitimate currency within nations, but also obstruct free trade and damage relations between economic partners;
Determined to protect commerce between nations and foster international goodwill;
Whereas the term legal tender shall be defined as a medium of exchange recognized by a nation or other assigned political division as valid for meeting a financial obligation;
The World Assembly thusly resolves:
1. Except in the case of declared war, member states are henceforth required to outlaw the counterfeiting, and associated commission of counterfeiting, of foreign currency with the intention of releasing it as legal tender into the market to devalue currency or otherwise defraud another member state.
2. Member states in a declared state of war are exempt only to counterfeit the legal tender of those entities with whom a state of declared war exists.
3. The World Assembly Numismatics Authority (WANA) shall be re-established and tasked with creating an investigative framework for the screening, detection, and source-tracking for counterfeit tender. The WANA shall liaise with relevant member state authorities to investigate, coordinate, and disseminate information on both state- and non-state-sanctioned counterfeiting operations.
4. The WANA shall inspect the minting facilities of member states for illicit counterfeiting operations either on request or if there is credible evidence to suggest such an operations existence, and issue nonbinding evaluations of a member states anti-counterfeiting security.
5. Member states shall take all necessary steps to suppress counterfeiting operations in their jurisdiction, and shall promptly notify both the WANA and the entity whose tender is being counterfeited of such incidents.
6. Member states will cooperate with WANA investigations to the fullest extent practicable, including maintaining a single point of contact with the WANA.
7. Member states are required to prosecute those individuals violating the provisions set forth in this law to the same degree that they would prosecute those involved in a comparable domestic counterfeiting operation.
8. Non-member states voluntarily complying with the responsibilities set forth shall be entitled to equal access to this laws protections and benefits. Member states shall make no distinction between WANA-compliant non-member states and member states in regard to the provisions set forth in this law, except as required by extant legislation.
