Constitution of The Republic of Molstar

Article I
Molstar shall never infringe the basic human rights of its population.
Article II
Citizens have the upmost certain right to bear arms in self-defense and the action of overtaking a dictatorship of the self righteous government of Molstar.
Article III
Citizens of The Republic of Molstar must enlist in the armed forces of Molstar at age 18 for 3 to 5 years.
Article IV
Citizens of The Republic of Molstar have the right to gather in assembly to protest actions taken from national legislation or local legislation.
Article V
Citizens have the the necessary right of freedom of speech, and the freedom of press.
Article VI
Citizens of The Republic of Molstar may vote in general, local elections and may run for government positions in the legislative, executive and judiciary branches of the government.
Article VII
A citizen can receive the death penalty if convicted of a serious crime that is unethical to the citizens of Molstar.
Article VIII
Citizens of The Republic of Molstar must sign for the draft at age 18 in the case of a international, or regional conflict.
Article IX
The economic system of The Republic of Molstar May never be in full control of the government and allow the individual to run the economy with little government intervention.
Article X
Taxes must be given out from the government and must be paid from the citizens, if no payment is received, a citizen may be arrested by local or national authorities.
