Merlovich is a bicameral parliamentary democracy located primarily on the continent of Aislada, with external territories in Nonscio, Solitas and across the Exteriorem. She was founded in 1901 upon independence from Altusia, and has remained a beacon of democratic values and mateship ever since. Merlovich is formally referred to as the "Federation of Merlovich" or the "Merlovichan Federation", she may also simply be referred to as "Aislada", hailing from the nation's lone authoritative status of the continent.
