Greetings, fellow members of Refugia. It has been quite recent that the glorious nation of Xarxesi resumed its existence (due to the unemployment of its current supreme leader), and its return to this lovely region is yet more recent. Such song recommendations will not go unnoticed and, might I say, are truly appreciated.

Who is eligible to vote?
Any Member State, as defined in RRS 4 and 5 is eligible to vote.
Voters must submit their ballot to me, A Million Dreams via telegram no later than 26 May, 1330 Pacific Time/2130 UTC. The ballot must rank your candidates, in order of preference, and must include all candidates. An example ballot for World Assembly Affairs may therefore look like this:
