Dear ladies and gentlemen, or, if you will, me fair lasses and good lads of Wysteria
I would like to introduce myself as the newly appointed Emissary of 10000 Islands to the most exalted region of Wysteria. On behalf of my government and my fellow Islanders, I offer our most sincere regards to all of you, the government and citizens of Wysteria.
Now, since our embassy is up and running again, I think you should all consider yourselves invited for a cocktail party at our humble premises. Furthermore, from now on, this nation, The commonwealth of lysenian emissaries will be permanently stationed in Wysteria to help promote friendship, understanding and cooperation between our regions. I shall keep you up to date with any interregional initiatives - of which I hope we will see plenty in the future - as well as do my best to foster friendly relations between our regions.
