Right, I understand that's a pretty key part of the MJOLNIR armor (I've played my fair share of Halo), and I also want to point out that we don't have anything even in the most moonshot black box operations on the planet that can even approximate that. We can't do fusion in a full-sized reactor yet, yet you suggest your scientists would be able to do it in a backpack that you can just incorporate into a man-portable suit?
It really doesn't matter how much money you throw at the problem, the capability simply doesn't exist yet.

Is there any unilateral research project that every nation in the region is participating? Like how the EU was able to build the Large Hadron Collider or the International Space Station.

That would be multilateral, but no, as far as I'm aware we've been too paranoid to set one up.
If you'd like to get one going, though, we'd be happy to participate, by which I mean French Albania would do so incredibly begrudgingly while being suspicious of any possible ulterior motive you might have.

Due to rising tensions in the international community the Allouxian Imperial Navy Has Deployed the 4th fleet near the Goopy- Azure conflict zone.
The Allouxian Military presence in this area will hopefully serve as a deterrence to further agresson and for national security.
The 4th fleet will allow Allouxian ME's to be within striking range should the need arise.
And here we have a statement from Admiral Bruhëmer of the Imperial 4th fleet
"Our presence in this region is for the safety of our own safety and that of our Allies"
The Allouxian minister of war is expected to fly to Casmaru later to discuss security operations.
